Lindsay Ferguson Jr. LMFT, Executive Director

Lindsay Ferguson received a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University. He has worked in the drug and alcohol counseling field in Marin for the past 15 years serving at Marin Services for Men, Serenity Knolls, and Family Service Agency of Marin. Mr.Ferguson also runs the Marin Anger Management Center and Marin Services for Men. He is currently a licensed Marriage Family Therapist (MFT) with a private practice in San Rafael. Stephen Marks, PhD., Emotional Intelligence and Wellness Facilitator

Stephen Marks Ph.D. is the Director of Education and Training for Mental Health Consumers Concerns, serving people with mental health needs in Contra Costa County. He is also an anger management facilitator and executive coach with Marin Anger Management Services. He has a doctorate in Organizational Psychology, is a certified Wellness Recovery Action Plan(WRAP) facilitator and a Certified Anger Management Facilitator (C.A.M.F.). Dr. Marks has launched numerous state and county mental health Web sites around the country, and served as a national trainer for mental health professionals and an evaluator of mental heath programs in San Francisco. He has facilitated peer groups in a range of settings from San Quentin to Stanford University. Jim Goss, MS; Intake Counselor and Clinical Assessment Counselor

Jim Goss received a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University. Mr. Goss has worked in the field of recovery with individual adolescents and adults, couples, family groups, process groups, education and 12 Step groups for 14 years, serving at Ohlhoff Outpatient Marin, Mayflower Center, and Sonoma County DUI. Mr. Goss has also worked in counseling in prison, jail, and juvenile drug court settings and is a passionate advocate for Native American recovery. Earl Boisclair, Certified Addiction Specialist

Earl Boisclair is a native of Marin County. He is a graduate of Drake High School and attended the College of Marin. He has worked as a Chef, a Journeyman Butcher and a Landscaper. Earl has been employed with the City of San Rafael, in the Public Work’s Department, for the past 23 years. But his passion is in the field of recovery. He has been an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous since 1988. Earl is a licensed substance abuse counselor and a certified Violence Prevention Specialist where he worked in the MANALIVE program. He has been accredited by Byron Katie International for "The Work." He has worked tirelessly with addicts and in 2008, Earl was nominated for "Volunteer of the Year" by the County of Marin. The "Amala Foundation" is one of Earl’s projects and he works as a youth counselor at the annual Peace Summit in Austin, Texas. In 2011, he obtained a certificate from the "Batterer’s Intervention Program" by the Marin County Probation Department. He currently facilitates recovery groups in San Quentin Prison for the "Insight Prison Project" and instructs recovery groups for Marin County Outpatient Recovery Services. He has worked in the field of drug and alcohol addiction in some capacity for the past 25 years. Earl lives in Santa Rosa with his wife and two daughters.

Erin Moore, Certified Addiction Counselor

After her own struggle with addiction, Erin Moore began working in the field of recovery nearly 8 years ago and returned to college to obtain a B.A. in Psychology at SSU. Concurrent with her studies, she completed Terry Gorsky’s Relapse Prevention Training in NYC and is continuing to work on her portfolio to become a Relapse Prevention Specialist (RPS). She is a licensed substance abuse counselor, Registered Addiction Specialist, and is testing into the Master Registered Addictino Specialist (MRAS) designation this year. She has worked in several local treatment programs - beginning with Marin Services for Women, where she attended treatment in 2004. She has worked and trained with internationally renowned Roland Williams for many years at Free Life Outpatient in Petaluma, Alta Mira in Sausalito, and Smith and Jones in Amsterdam, Holland where she was invited for several month contracts on two occasions. While she enjoys working with clients of all backgrounds, she is especially enthusiastic about promoting self confidence and self love in women of all ages. She is passionate about finding hope in all situations and holding strong to the knowledge that there IS a solution.
